- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- Olive oil
- 6 (4 oz.) tilapia filets
- Mix spices. Brush both sides of filets with oil. Sprinkle with spices on both sides. Cook on grill or under broiler about 3 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork.
