Melissa’s No Bake Cheesecake

May 27, 2015
Melissa is one of my awesome sister-in-laws and while I love so many things about her, one of the things I love most is that she ALWAYS has chocolate covered strawberries at her house.

So I only found it fitting that when I made her no-bake cheesecake the other week, that I cover it in strawberries and douse it all in melted chocolate.

Melissa, you are an inspiration to all of us.

Obviously you can top this magical dessert in anything you want, but just remember: Chocolate is always the answer.

It’s probably the answer to world peace.

I told myself that I was going to try to cut chocolate out of my diet one time. I was going to go an entire month without any.

I don’t mean to brag, but I finished that month long diet in about 4 hours.

I’m extremely efficient.

Beautiful, decadent and easy no bake cheesecake. You can whip this treat up in a matter of 10 minutes!
