Because ya know… the best thing to eat with bread and cheese is more bread and cheese.
Hope you got all your beach pictures in, because these are definitely not going to help out with that.
But I mean, c’mon. You gotta live a little.
These suckers are dang good dipped in some marinara sauce, or even better …. ranch.
Just try it.
Of course, homemade ranch is ALWAYS better than the crappy bottled stuff, but these cheese sticks are pretty hard to ruin.
- 1 batch of multigrain pizza dough (or your favorite pizza dough recipe)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Mozzarella cheese
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Italian seasoning
- Roll dough out to desired size and thickness. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with desired amount of mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Sprinkle lightly with Italian seasoning. Bake at 450° for 5-9 minutes.
